RETURNS POLICY
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you will need to inform us
within 5 working days from the arrival of the goods - together with your
reason for requesting a return . When returning goods, the returned
product must be complete, in original and resalable condition and complete
with all packaging. Once the goods have been returned to us your credit
card will be refunded. The cost of shipping is not refundable, with the
exception of orders incorrectly shipped by us. We reserve the right to
refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.
PRIVACY POLICY
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information with anyone and we
will not provide your
e-mail address to any third parties for unsolicited promotions.
SECURE ONLINE ORDERING
Every transaction you make on our site is safe. Our credit card
transactions are secured by Globecharge and encrypted using state of the
art SSL and PGP technology. Once we receive your order, we will e-mail you
to confirm details, together with a dispatch date. We will notify you if
any items are out of stock.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Items are shipped within 4 working days from receipt of order - however
most orders are dispatched within 2 working days! We carefully package our
products and send via Royal Mail - First Class. Overseas orders are
dispatched via Air Mail. Orders of value over £30.00 will be dispatched
via recorded delivery.
